5. Liability

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice of thirty days. In the event of termination, clients are responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

6.1 Immediate Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if:

  • There is non-payment of invoices beyond the due date.
  • The client engages in illegal activities on the property.
  • There is a breach of any terms outlined in this agreement.

7. Confidentiality

All client information and property details provided will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing garden maintenance services.

8. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law
